See The Message Real Madrid Fans Sent To Jose Mourinho During Defeat To Eibar

Real Madrid fans sent a message to Jose Mourinho during Saturday’s defeat to Eibar – calling for him to “come back soon”.

Sanitago Solari’s first game in charge as permanent coach ended in embarrassment with the visitors thumped 3-0.

Thibaut Courtois, Gareth Bale, Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric all started the clash but failed to make an impact against the mid-table side.

Los Blancos now sit in sixth, six points behind La Liga leaders and rivals Barcelona.

Solari was brought in to replace Julen Lopetegui who was sacked in October after just four months in charge.

Real’s new boss did lead his side to four straight victories while he was interim manager, but Saturday’s defeat shows how far Los Blancos still need to go.

With that in mind, some of the Real fans that travelled to the Eibar game brought with them a banner directed at Mourinho.

Alongside the Portuguese’s face, it read: “Come back soon.”

A separate banner with Mourinho’s name can also be spotted in the background of the image.

After Saturday’s draw against Crystal Palace the Red Devils now sit in seventh, 14 points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City.

During his three seasons at the Santiago Bernabeu, Mourinho won one La Liga title and one Copa del Rey.

Florentino Perez is also a fan of the Portuguese with recent reports suggesting the Real chief could make a move for Mourinho.

The former Manchester United player was carried off on a stretcher with his leg heavily strapped, and was rushed to hospital for the damage to be properly assessed.

Arsenal forward, Danny Welbeck may not play football again after he suffered a “career-ending” injury during Arsenal’s 0-0 draw with Sporting Lisbon.
This was the claim of English medical expert, Johnny Wilson.

The England star required lengthy treatment and oxygen during the Europa League clash at the Emirate on Thursday after landing awkwardly when he had gone up for a header.
The former Manchester United player was carried off on a stretcher with his leg heavily strapped, and was rushed to hospital for the damage to be properly assessed.

Graphic images showed that Welbeck fell to the turf and his leg bucked under him, leading Arsenal fans to fear the player may have ended his career.

Wilson, who holds multiple degrees in sports medicine and has worked for three football clubs, has now provided a devastating verdict on the potential severity of the injury.

“Injury to Welbeck. Possible fracture dislocation of ankle which could [be] career ending,” Wilson wrote on Twitter.
“Structures within the ankle which could [be] injured [are] the medial, lateral, anterior & posterior ligaments, tibia, fibula & talus bones as well as chondral surfaces. Will need [to be] imaged #AFC.

Dangote To Buy Another Club If Kroenke Doesn’t Sell Arsenal

Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, had said he will consider buying a football club other than London-based Arsenal if controlling shareholder Stan Kroenke refuses to sell.

Dangote has long said he wants to buy the Premier League team, of which he’s a fan, but only after he’s completed one of the world’s biggest oil refineries in Lagos.

“By the time we’ve finished, we’ll be a $30bn company in terms of revenue,” he said in an interview with Bloomberg TV at the New Economy Forum in Singapore. “We’ll have an excess amount of cash to start playing around with.”

Kroenke owns almost all of Arsenal after buying Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov’s 30 per cent stake in August in a deal that valued the club at about £1.8bn. It was funded with a £557m , two-year loan from Deutsche Bank AG. The 71-year-old American is worth $8bn, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, and also controls the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams.

“I’m very attached to Arsenal but if he won’t sell, I might have to change,” said Dangote, 61 years old and worth $11.1bn. “I’m very much a fan of football. I have to have a club. I don’t have to own Arsenal.”

The refinery is scheduled to start producing
